There was a problem when launching the game. How can I solve this?

When you click the 'Play' button and this message appears, the following situations may occur:

• Sora Stream reserves space on one of our servers so that you can enjoy the game. Regardless of whether you have started playing or have just closed a game, you must wait a few seconds so that we can save the game and free that space up. Please try again. The process should be finished.
• You do not have the Sora Stream Windows application installed. Click here to download it.
• You are trying to play from an unsupported device (check the list of supported devices here).
• You are trying to play from more than one device at a time.
