The app is telling me that my Internet connection seems a bit slow, or that it can’t launch the game. How can I solve this?
Our platform requires a stable Internet connection throughout the game. When the first connection to the server is established, the application does a little check on the quality of the connection and estimates what the gaming experience would be like. If we see that you may suffer small cuts, or a delay in the control of the game, we will let you know. If we believe that these outages may significantly affect the game, the Sora Stream app will not proceed to open the session.
We recommend you to play by connecting your Windows computer (via Ethernet cable) to your router. If you are playing from your mobile phone, try doing it near your router to rule out interference in the Wi-Fi network. If the problem persists, please close other applications that might be open, or try powering the router off and on.
