How do I cancel or modify my membership?

You can modify or cancel your plan at any moment on your profile. Paid plans have a flexible cancellation policy. Once you cancel your plan, you won't have to pay anymore, and your access will expire at the end of the billing period. For example, if you started with us a 4th of July and you decided to quit our platform on the 9th of December, your membership would end on the 4th of January.

For any change or cancellation, you must do it from the platform you hired the service from. That is, if you used our Android app to sign up, you will have to change / delete it through the app; if you signed up through our website, you will have to do it through our website. If you hired your plan from an Android mobile you no longer have access to, you may take a look at these instructions to do so through the Google Play Store web version.
